Intense does what it says on the tin. Coffee is left a little longer in the roaster to create a bold flavour profile, which starts with a hit of milk chocolate sweetness and ends with a nutty finish.
We recommend 1 tablespoon (15g) of coffee per mug. Grind the coffee beans to suit your brewing method. Coarse for cafetieres, Medium for filter coffee and percolators and Fine for espresso. For cafetieres, brew for 4-5 minutes. Longer for stronger.
