How strong is each coffee?
Every coffee carries a number for roast depth and body. Pods run from 8 to 12, beans and ground from 3 to 12. A 12 is darker and fuller, not higher in caffeine. Brunch Blend is a 9 and takes milk well. Supercharger is a 12 and is built for a short black. If you are choosing between two, the number settles it.
Can I skip, pause or cancel a subscription?
Yes, whenever you like, from your account. Skip a delivery, move the date, swap the coffee, pause it or cancel it. There are no exit fees and no minimum term. You get 20% off your first 3 orders, then 15% off every order after that, a free tin in your first box and free delivery from £25.
What if I don't like it?
If you don't love it, we'll replace it or refund it. No fuss, no forms. Unopened boxes can also come back within 30 days for a refund.
Is delivery free?
Yes on orders over £35, and over £25 on a subscription order. We deliver to the UK, Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.
