I cannot login to my account, why?

Try resetting your password. Head to our Login page & select 'Forgot your password?'.

If this doesn't work for you, you might not have created an account with us yet. Pop over to our Register page & create an account.

Do I need an account to checkout?

No, you can simply check out as a guest. However, we suggest creating an account to enjoy the benefits of managing your own account, which includes saving & organising your payment, address & order details.

Can I have a VAT receipt?

You are automatically sent a VAT invoice when you place your order, this is your confirmation email. Coffee is VAT exempt, but you can find a tax figure in your order summary & our VAT number at the bottom of the email.

If you can't find or have deleted your confirmation email, please Contact Us & we'll be happy to send you another one.

Why can't I use my discount code?

Unfortunately, you cannot use more than one discount code on an individual order. Some discount codes have an expiry date and/or are only eligible for certain customers. We recommend that you read the terms & conditions before you attempt to add it to your order to avoid disappointment.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders are dispatched using a fully tracked service. You can find your tracking number in your order confirmation email.

Delivery times vary depending on the service used. If your order hasn't arrived within the suggested timeframe, please Contact Us & we'll investigate with the carrier.

Can I amend my order once I've placed it?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we’re unable to change anything.

However, if you let us know as soon as you can that you need to make a change to your order, we’ll do all we can to accommodate & help you.

Coffee

What does your intensity scale mean?

Our style of coffee is more rich, full bodied coffee but we do have a few blends that are more of a medium roast intensity for all day every day drinking.

How much caffeine is there in your Pods?

On average, the caffeine for our blends is varies between approximately 39 mg - 62 mg of caffeine when poured as an espresso & 160 mg - 195 mg when poured as a lungo.

How fine is your ground coffee?

All of our ground coffee is produced to an omni-grind, well-suited to filters and cafetières. If you have a grinder then our recommendation is that you choose our whole bean coffee and grind it to your preferred grind.

Which decaffeination method do you use?

We use the CO2 decaffeination process which is completely natural so there's no solvents or chemicals. This process keeps the flavour of the bean as no fats or proteins are removed. It’s so effective that you’ll only find the slightest trace of caffeine in our decaf.

Are your Pods Fairtrade certified?

The coffee in our Nespresso® compatible pods is Rainforest Alliance Certified. The Rainforest Alliance stands for coffee farming with respect for both people & nature. You can find out more at www.rainforest-alliance.org.

Does any of your coffee contain nuts?

No. All that you’ll find in our products is coffee. We describe some tasting notes of certain blends as ‘nutty’ but rest assured, it’s just coffee.

Is your packaging recyclable?

Our coffee pod carton boxes & aluminium pods are recyclable.

Similarly, the bags we use for our Whole Bean & Ground Coffee refills are 100% recyclable & keep your coffee fresh until you need it.

Nespresso® Compatible Pods

Which machines are your pods compatible with?

Our pods are compatible with Nespresso® Original machines and other machines that accept pods designed for the Nespresso Original system. The only exception being the Maestria range of machines.

Our pods are not compatible with Nespresso® Vertuo machines, nor Dolce Gusto, Lavazza & Tassimo machines.

How do I recycle your pods?

Simply remove the excess grounds, give the pods a quick wash & pop them in your nearest recycling bin. To make this even easier, we recommend Dualit's fantastic EcoPress™. It quickly & easily inverts your used coffee pods & stores the old coffee grounds for later disposal. We sell this on our website & sometimes offer it as part of special promotions.

How do I make a long coffee?

To make a long (Americano style) coffee, pour your espresso, or a double espresso as you usually would & then simply add some hot water from your machine or kettle.

How long can I store the pods for?

We guarantee the freshness of flavour until the best before date shown on the back of the box.

Do you sell milk pods?

No, not at the moment.

What are the benefits of subscribing?

10% off coffee & free delivery on every subscription order with the flexibility to change or stop at anytime. You will also receive a free CafePod tin in your first subscription order which is great for storing your coffee.

I'd like to get a regular coffee delivery but not sure how much coffee I'll need.

Customers that are starting out often opt for 60 pods, 2 refills or 4 refills. If you subscribe, you can change how much you buy or how often at any time up up until 11:59pm the day before your recurring order.

What if I change my address?

No problem. You can change or add a new UK address to your subscription so your coffee delivery works around you without any hassle.
