You'll need

  • 3 ice cubes
  • 100ml cold milk of your choice
  • 1 Black Velvet pod

Method

    Ice

    Put 3 ice cubes in a glass.

    Froth the milk

    Pour 100ml of cold milk into a milk frother and foam it on the cold setting, then pour it over the ice.

    Brew and pour

    Brew a Black Velvet as a 40ml espresso and pour it gently over the iced milk.

Tip

Use almond or hazelnut milk to bring out the nutty notes.
