Try this recipe for the perfect pick-me-up for any time of the day.

Ingredients (serves one)

3/4 cup of our You’re So Vanilla blend, chilled

1 medium ripe banana, frozen

1 tbsp of natural peanut butter (or your preferred nut butter)

1/2 cup of ice

1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut or almond milk, with extra if needed

1/2 tbsp of cacao powder (or unsweetened cocoa powder)

1 serving of your chosen protein powder

Method

Using a blender, combine all the listed ingredients and blend on high for 1-2 minutes, until all is well combined. If needed, introduce additional unsweetened coconut or almond milk to achieve the desired smoothie consistency.
