1. Fill your Moka pot with either cold or recently boiled water (to speed up the process) to just under the steam valve.
2. Put the filter basket in & fill it with ground coffee (medium-fine grind). If you added hot water, be careful.
3. Screw on the top section tightly.
4. Place your Moka Pot on the hob on a moderate heat. Leave the lid open. The coffee should start to dribble out.
5. Let the coffee dribble out until it starts spluttering meaning there is no water left. This can take up to 5 minutes.
6. Close the lid, remove from the heat, stir & pour.
