What intensity actually means
Intensity is our 1 to 12 scale for roast depth and body, not caffeine. A 12 is darker and fuller, not stronger in caffeine. The pod range runs from 8 to 8.

100% Arabica, from East Africa and Central America. The Central Americans do the toasted, nutty part, the Ethiopians bring a bit of dried fruit sweetness, and it all sits on a caramel base. Nothing about it demands your attention, which is why it's the one that gets drunk on a Tuesday.
