Win a De'Longhi Eletta Explore Hot & Cold Bean to Cup Coffee Machine (RRP £999.99)

1. The Promoter

The Promoter is CAFEPOD LIMITED (company number 07562551), registered office 95 Chancery Lane, London, WC2A 1DT ("CafePod", "we", "us").

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Google, or any other platform on which it may be advertised.

2. Promotion period

The promotion opens at 00:01 BST on Tuesday 1 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 BST on Wednesday 30 September 2026 (the "Closing Date"). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted.

3. Who can enter

Entrants must be:

18 years of age or over on the Closing Date; and
resident in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

Employees of CafePod, their immediate families and households, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion (including agencies and suppliers) may not enter.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter. Both are treated identically. No purchase is necessary. Free entrants have exactly the same chance of winning as paid entrants.

Route 1 — Start a CafePod subscription

Start a new CafePod subscription at cafepod.com during the promotion period. This includes:

customers subscribing with CafePod for the first time;
existing customers who start an additional, separate subscription;
former customers who restart a previously cancelled subscription.

Your subscription must be active on the date the draw is made (see clause 6) for your entry to stand. Simply having an existing subscription that started before 1 September 2026 does not qualify — you must start a new or reactivated subscription within the promotion period.

Subscription prices, terms and delivery frequencies are unchanged for the duration of this promotion. You pay no more, and receive no less, than you would outside the promotion period. Standard subscription terms apply and you may cancel at any time in the usual way, but a subscription cancelled before the draw date will not be entered.

Route 2 — Free entry (no purchase necessary)

Enter free of charge by either of the following methods.

By email: send an email to competitions@cafepod.com with the subject line "September Prize Draw" containing:

your full name
your postal address including postcode
your date of birth
a contact telephone number

By post: send your full name, postal address including postcode, date of birth and contact telephone number on a plain postcard or in a sealed envelope to:

Postal entries must be received by the Closing Date. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, damaged or incorrectly delivered.

Free entries cost no more than a standard email or a standard second-class stamp. No premium-rate services are used.

5. Entry limits

One entry per person, regardless of the route used. Where the same person enters more than once, by any combination of routes, only the first valid entry received will be counted and any further entries will be discarded.

Bulk, automated or third-party entries are not permitted and will be disqualified. We may require proof of identity and age before awarding the prize.

6. The draw

One winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the Closing Date. The draw will take place on or before Wednesday 7 October 2026 using a verifiably random selection process (a randomising computer program), supervised by an independent person not connected with the administration of the promotion.

The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

7. The prize

One (1) De'Longhi Eletta Explore Hot & Cold Bean to Cup Coffee Machine, model DL5086, RRP £999.99.

There is one prize only and one winner only.
The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
If the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our control, we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
The prize is supplied with the manufacturer's standard two-year warranty. Any warranty claim is a matter between the winner and De'Longhi.
Delivery is to a UK mainland address only. We cannot deliver the prize to addresses in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands; a winner at such an address may nominate a UK mainland delivery address instead.
The prize will be delivered within 30 days of the winner confirming their delivery address.
The winner is responsible for any tax liability arising from the prize.

8. Notifying the winner

The winner will be contacted within five working days of the draw, using the email address or telephone number supplied with their entry.

The winner must respond and confirm acceptance and a delivery address within 14 days of the first contact attempt. If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within 14 days, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and draw an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.

9. Winner details

The surname and county of the winner will be made available for six weeks after the Closing Date by emailing competitions@cafepod.com. Winners may object to their surname and county being published by contacting us at that address before the draw date, in which case we will supply this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

We may ask the winner to take part in reasonable publicity. The winner is under no obligation to agree and their prize does not depend on it.

10. Data protection

CafePod Limited is the data controller for personal data submitted with an entry. We use entrants' personal data only to run this promotion, contact the winner and deliver the prize.

Entering by the free route does not sign you up to CafePod marketing. We will not add free-route entrants to any marketing list without separate, explicit consent. Entry data is deleted within 90 days of the draw, except where we are required to retain it to fulfil the prize or meet a legal obligation.

11. General

Entry is deemed acceptance of these terms.
We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant we reasonably believe has breached these terms, tampered with the entry process, or acted fraudulently.
We reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances beyond our reasonable control make this necessary. Where we do so we will act fairly and will publish notice on cafepod.com.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
We are not liable for technical failures, network faults or any other issue outside our reasonable control that prevents an entry being received.
