How to steam milk

Cold milk, filled to about a third. Any more and it climbs out of the jug.

Tip of the wand just under the surface to start, until you hear a hiss. That is the air going in.

Then sink the wand deeper and let the milk spin until the jug is too hot to hold comfortably. Tap it on the counter, swirl it, pour.

Which coffee works best

Our espresso style blends are the ones built to go under milk. They stay tasting of something once it is in.

Supercharger if you want the biggest hit, Brunch Blend if you want chocolate and caramel.

Frequently asked questions
Why not just use a mug?

A jug has a spout and a shape that makes the milk spin. That is what gets the foam fine rather than bubbly, and it is what lets you pour it.
Can I put it in the dishwasher?

No, hand wash only. Rinse it straight after use and it takes ten seconds.
How much milk does it hold?

400ml, which is two flat whites. Fill it about a third full for one drink, so the milk has room to climb.
