Which coffee works best

Whole beans, and our espresso style coffees are the ones built for this. Ground fine by the machine, they give you a shot with body rather than something thin.

If a shot comes out sour, the grind is too coarse. Bitter means too fine. That is usually the only dial you need to touch.

Do I still have to froth the milk myself?

No. That is what you are paying the difference for. You fill the carafe, pick your drink, and it handles the milk.
Does it need descaling?

Yes, like any machine that heats water. Every couple of months keeps the taste where it should be. We sell descaler for it.
How long does delivery take?
