How to keep coffee fresh

Squeeze the air out of the bag, fold the top over and clip it.

Buy what you’ll drink in a few weeks. Whole bean holds on longer than ground.

Which coffee works best

Whichever you buy, the number on the front of the bag is the strength. 8 is the easy end, 12 is the biggest hit.

If you take it with milk, start around 9. If you drink it black and want it to do some work, go to the top.
