Coffee Blends

There's a bit of snobbery that says single origin is the serious choice and a blend is the filler. That's backwards. Blending is a deliberate job. You balance beans from different places so the result is rounder than any one of them on its own, and so it still tastes of coffee once you pour milk in.

It also means a blend can taste the same all year. Crops are seasonal and one farm's harvest shifts from year to year, so our roasters adjust the mix to hold the flavour steady. That's why Brunch Blend has tasted like Brunch Blend for over a decade.
