milk-based drinks at the tasting station. People often say it reminds them of a really good café latte — chocolatey, smooth, and comforting. If you're nearby, pop in and we'll make you one.

 

Simple ideas to try

Espresso (home machine) 

Dial it in like you normally do — nothing fancy needed.

Gives a sweet, rounded shot.

Cafetière (French press) 

1 rounded tablespoon (about 15 g) per 250 ml of water. 

Pour hot water, stir, and leave for 4 minutes. 

Press gently, then pour straight away.

Smooth, rich, creamy.

 Clever Dripper

Medium grind, 1 rounded tablespoon per mug of water. 

Add hot water, stir, and steep for 4 minutes. 

Release into your mug for a clean, bright cup.
