Which coffee works best

Our espresso style coffees are built for this. Ground fine, they’ll give you a shot with body to it rather than something thin.

If it comes out sour, grind finer. If it’s bitter, go coarser. That’s usually all it is.

No. It takes ground coffee, so you’ll need a grinder or a bag of ready-ground.
Can I make a flat white with it?

Yes. The steam wand is manual, so you texture the milk yourself. It takes a couple of goes to get the feel for it.
