What can I brew it with?

A cafetière, a filter machine or a pour-over. It is a medium grind made for those three.

An espresso machine or a moka pot wants a finer grind than this, so for those choose the beans and grind them, or ask us and we will point you at the right bag. For a cafetière, use about 60 grams a litre, leave it four minutes and stir once halfway. Once opened, keep the bag sealed and drink it within a couple of weeks.

  • Start in the middle and move from there. Intense Roast or Brunch Blend at 9 is a fair place to begin.
  • If it isn’t doing enough, go up to Supercharger at 12. If it’s too much, drop to Daily Grind at 8.
  • Then notice which bag empties first. That’s your answer, and subscription is the cheapest way to keep it coming.

Is it already ground?

Yes, ready to use. If you’d rather grind your own, the whole bean bundle is the same four blends.
Which one should I start with?

Daily Grind at 8 if you want somewhere easy to sit. Supercharger at 12 if you want to know what the top of our range tastes like. They’re both in the box, so you can do it in either order.
What do I do once I know which one I like?

Buy that one on its own, or put it on subscription. Subscription is always our best price and it turns up before you run out.
