Hario Mizudashi Cold Brew Coffee Maker
A litre of smooth, rich cold brew. Whenever you want it.
If you've tried cold brew and found yourself wishing you had more of it, the Mizudashi is the answer. It makes a full litre at a time — enough for four or five glasses — which means you can brew once and drink well for the next couple of days.
The process is the same as any cold brew: ground coffee goes into the filter basket, cold water fills the jug, lid goes on, and it sits in the fridge overnight. In the morning, pull out the filter basket and what's left is clean, smooth, ready-to-drink cold brew. The tall, slim design means it fits neatly in most fridge doors, so it's not taking up shelf space.
Cold brew keeps in the fridge for up to two weeks once brewed, so you can make a batch on Sunday and have it ready all week. Drink it over ice, with milk, or straight — it's smooth enough for any of them.
