How to make it

Water into the base, up to just below the valve. Fine ground coffee into the basket, level, no pressing.

Screw the top on. Low to medium heat, lid open.

When it gurgles, take it off the heat and pour. Low heat is the bit most people get wrong.

Which coffee works best

The three bags in the pack are our best sellers, and they cover most tastes between them. Supercharger if you want the biggest hit, Brunch Blend if you take it with milk, Intense Roast somewhere in between.

When you run out, buy the one you reached for most. Subscription is always the cheapest way to keep it coming.

Frequently asked questions
Will it work on my hob?

Gas and electric, yes. For induction you will need the Bialetti plate adaptor, which we sell separately.
Is the coffee in the pack fine enough?

A moka pot wants a fine grind. If you want to get the very best out of it, buy beans and grind them yourself finer than the bags in this pack.
What happens when the coffee runs out?

You keep the brewer and reorder whichever bag you liked best. Three 200g bags is around forty cups between them, so you will have a favourite by then.
