Frequently asked questions

How do I know which one I’ll like?

You don’t yet, and that’s the point of the box. The number on each pack is the strength, 8 to 12. Start somewhere in the middle and move up or down from there.
Will these work in my machine?

Our pods are compatible with Nespresso® Original machines and other machines that accept pods designed for the Nespresso Original system. The only exception being the Maestria range of machines.

Our pods are not compatible with Nespresso® Vertuo machines, nor Dolce Gusto, Lavazza & Tassimo machines.
Is the decaf worth having?

Decaf Supercharger Espresso is intensity 11, level with Black Velvet and stronger than two of the caffeinated blends sitting next to it in the same box. So yes.
