How to make it

Filter paper in, then two tablespoons of medium ground coffee.

Pour just enough hot water to wet all the coffee and wait 30 seconds. It will puff up. That is meant to happen.

Then pour the rest slowly, in circles, until your cup is full.

Which coffee works best

The three bags in the pack are our best sellers, and they cover most tastes between them. Supercharger if you want the biggest hit, Brunch Blend if you take it with milk, Intense Roast somewhere in between.

When you run out, buy the one you reached for most. Subscription is always the cheapest way to keep it coming.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to buy papers separately?

Not to start. They are in the pack. You will need more eventually, and we sell them by the 40 or the 100.
Is pour-over difficult?

No. Paper in, coffee in, pour hot water over it in circles. The only thing to remember is the 30 second pause after the first splash of water.
What happens when the coffee runs out?

You keep the brewer and reorder whichever bag you liked best. Three 200g bags is around forty cups between them, so you will have a favourite by then.
