The Dedica Arte is the manual one. You grind, dose, tamp and time it yourself, and when you get it right it feels like you made it. Everything above it is bean to cup, which means beans in the top and coffee out the bottom with the grinding handled for you.
Going up the range, what the money buys is the milk and the extras. The Magnifica Evo comes either with a manual steam wand or with LatteCrema automatic milk. The Rivellia is the fully automatic one. La Specialista and Eletta Explore add cold brew.
All of them are only as good as what you put in them, so start with the whole beans.
