You'll need

  • 1 Call Me Caramel pod
  • 250ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons caramel syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Caramel sauce, to drizzle (optional)

Method

    Brew and chill

    Brew a shot of Call Me Caramel and let it cool completely, or chill it in the fridge.

    Build the glass

    Pour the caramel syrup into a tall glass, followed by the chilled coffee.

    Add ice

    Fill the glass with ice cubes.

    Pour the milk

    Pour the milk over the ice, leaving a little room at the top if you're adding cream.

    Stir

    Stir gently so the caramel syrup mixes through.

    Finish

    Top with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel sauce.
