Anything you already own. Grind fine for an espresso machine or a moka pot, medium for a cafetière, filter or pour-over.

For a cafetière, use about 60 grams a litre, leave it four minutes and stir once halfway to break the crust. The beans are roasted in small batches in North Lincolnshire and arrive with at least three months on the date. Once opened, keep the bag sealed and drink it within a couple of weeks.
