Simple ideas to try

Moka Pot 

Fill the basket level with medium-fine grind. 

Keep the heat gentle and stop when it starts to sputter.

Espresso (home machine) 

Dial it in like you normally do — nothing fancy needed.

Adjust grind if it's too bitter or too thin.

Cafetière (French press) 

1 rounded tablespoon (about 15 g) per 250 ml of water. 

Pour hot water, stir, and leave for 4 minutes. 

Press gently, then pour straight away.
