Dark, warm, and properly indulgent.

Dark chocolate, brown spice, and a buttery richness, like a slice of spiced chocolate cake with soft icing, still slightly warm from the oven.

Anything you already own. Grind fine for an espresso machine or a moka pot, medium for a cafetière, filter or pour-over.

For a cafetière, use about 60 grams a litre, leave it four minutes and stir once halfway to break the crust. The beans are roasted in small batches in North Lincolnshire and arrive with at least three months on the date. Once opened, keep the bag sealed and drink it within a couple of weeks.

Rich and textured
Low acidity - easy to drink
A serious, full-bodied cup for people who like depth

Cuban beans bring chocolatey richness. Sumatran coffee adds spice and resinous depth. Guatemalan Arabica provides clarity and structure. Indian Robusta gives bite and a long, satisfying finish. This is a complex, layered blend, lots going on.
