V60 Coffee Drippers

A cone, a paper and a kettle. The simplest brewer we sell, and the one that gives you the most to play with.

You control the pour, so you control the brew. Go slowly and the cup comes out heavier and sweeter. Go faster and it lands lighter and brighter. Nothing else in the kitchen gives you that dial for eight quid.

Sizes matter here. The 01 is built for one or two cups, the 02 goes up to four, and the papers are cut to match, so check which size you're buying. If the pouring sounds like work, the Clever Dripper steeps like a cafetière and then drains like a filter, which is far easier to get right twice in a row.

A lighter coffee shows the most in one of these. Try the single origins.
