A medium grind is best. Too fine and it may clog the filter, too coarse and the coffee may be weak.
The Clever Dripper is a coffee maker that combines the rich intensity of a cafetière with the clean taste of a filter coffee. Using immersion brewing, medium ground coffee is steeped in hot water before being filtered for a full-bodied and smooth cup of coffee.

Remove the lid & place cone-shaped filter paper in the Clever Dripper. Add 20g of coffee into the Clever Dripper.
Pour hot water over the coffee & wait 4 minutes.
Place the Clever Dripper on a cup to release the coffee.
