1. Place your coffee dripper over your mug & line with paper.
2. Rinse the paper with hot water & discard the water.
3. Add 15g (2 tbsp) of ground coffee & shake to level. If grinding your own coffee, go for a medium grind.
4. Pour over just enough hot water to cover the coffee & leave for 30 seconds.
5. Continue to slowly add more water until you’ve added about 250ml which is perfect for one cup
6. Remove the dripper & filter from the mug.
