Frequently asked questions

What is the best coffee grind size for Pour Over brewing?

A medium grind is best - too fine and your coffee may come out bitter, too coarse and your coffee may come out weak.

What type of coffee is best to use?

Light to medium roasts work beautifully, as pour over highlights bright, fruity, and citurs flavours.

Does the filter affect the taste of the coffee?

Yes, the type of filter does play a role in the taste of the coffee.

A paper filter removes more sediment, resulting in a smoother, cleaner cup of coffee. Whereas a metal filter retains more of the oils, resulting in a fuller, richer taste.
