If you're looking for a smoother way to enjoy coffee, try a pour over. With coffee oils & solids being captured on the filter paper, you'll get a light mouthfeel & great flavour clarity.

6 Steps for the Perfect Brew

1. Prep Dripper
Place your coffee dripper over your cup & line with paper.

2. Rinse Paper
Rinse the paper with hot water & discard the water.

3. Coffee In
Add 15g (2 tbsp) of medium ground coffee & shake to level.

4. Add Water
Pour over just enough hot water to cover the coffee & leave for 30 seconds.

5. Add More Water
Continue to slowly add more water until you've added about 250ml which is perfect for one cup.

6. Serve
Remove the dripper & filter from the cup.

Avoid Abrasives
For longevity, clean your pour over with mild detergent & water. Avoid abrasive scouring pads.

Hot But Not Boiling
Avoid boiling water. The ideal temperature for your water is slightly below boiling point at 90-96 degrees. If you don't have a thermometer just leave the water to cool down a little before pouring.
