These beans come from one location—like the high altitudes of Ethiopia or the volcanic soils of Indonesia—allowing you to experience the distinct ‘fingerprint’ of that landscape, whether it's citrusy acidity or deep, earthy spice.

Choosing the Right Roast for Your Brew Method

The way you brew should dictate the coffee beans you choose. While all our beans are versatile, some shine brighter in specific setups:

Espresso & Moka Pot: Look for our darker, more intense roasts (Intensity 9–12). These beans stand up well to pressure and pair beautifully with milk, cutting through with notes of dark chocolate and toasted nuts.
