Beans from Southern India have a unique, moreish malt-like quality. We've blended these with sweet, nut-forward Latin American arabicas & South East Asian robustas known for their warming spicy notes.
Perfect for Bean-to-Cup Machines, or grind at home for a rich, full-bodied French Press or a smooth, flavourful V60 Pour-Over. Add milk to get that sweet & creamy white Americano experience or enjoy it as a dark, intense black coffee.

18 g in → 36 g out, 25-30 sec
Too intense? Grind a touch coarser. Too thin? Slightly finer.
Moka Pot
Fill basket level with coffee, medium-fine grind
Keep heat low; stop when it starts to sputter
AeroPress (fast & strong)
17 g coffee. 220 ml hot water 2 minutes total
Press gently. Add a splash of milk if you like. Boom!
